R01 Start of shift
At 21:00, read the open items and record the handover before starting the first tour.
Observe: Read the current orders, previous shift report and open event records at the leasing office records desk.
Assess: Identify missing handover information, unresolved conditions and changes since the previous shift.
Act: At 21:00, confirm the current revision and receive the provider's briefing; ask the shift lead about any missing instruction before the first tour.
Notify: Tell the provider's shift lead immediately if relief, access or the briefing is missing; use the call order in Post orders if unanswered.
Record: Enter duty time, officer role, document revision, open event IDs and unresolved questions in the daily activity report.
