What this covers
This policy explains what 3P Security Group does with information you give us through this website or by email. It applies to this site only.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you email us about a consulting engagement, we hold your name, email address, and whatever you chose to tell us about your property or situation. There is no contact form, no account system, and no newsletter on this site.
Cloudflare hosts this site. It processes details of each request, such as your IP address and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it.
We also run Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It is a page-view counter, not a tracking script: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that identifies you personally.
Metricool, the tool we use for social media, counts visits too and shows which pages people read. Metricool says its counter sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and assigns you no identifier. It uses your IP address to work out your country and reports visits to us only as totals.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
- We do not add people who contact us to a newsletter or any other marketing list. If you ask us for a quote, we may send up to three short follow-up emails about it within two weeks. The stop link in each one ends the rest, and so does telling us to stop.
Confidentiality of engagement material
Security survey work necessarily involves sensitive detail: floor plans, camera and sensor positions, shift patterns, key holders, and every weak point we find. That material is treated as confidential, it is not published or reused, and no client is named in marketing without written permission. Where a written engagement agreement exists, its confidentiality terms govern over this policy.
Email services we use
Email you send us is handled by Microsoft's mail service. Quote follow-ups are sent through Resend.
How long we keep things
Inquiry email is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Engagement records are retained as long as needed for the work and for our own legal and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
We keep a record of each quote we send. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address, the date and the reason, so the follow-ups stay stopped.
Any site logs or analytics we save ourselves are deleted after one year. Cloudflare and Metricool keep the data they collect under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Email us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honor a verified request regardless of whether the statute strictly applies to us.
Children
This site is aimed at commercial property owners and managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
