Security survey and risk assessment

We walk the property against the way it is actually used, at the hours it is actually exposed, and hand you a written register of what we found with every item scored and priced. You can execute it with anybody, including the firm you already have.

Every finding is scored on how likely it is and what it costs you if it happens. The corner decides the order of the report. A list without an order is just a longer list.

How it runs

  1. The walk. On site, at the hours that matter rather than the hours that are convenient. That usually means more than one visit, and at least one of them after dark.
  2. The read. Access points, sight lines, lighting levels and how evenly they fall, the fence line and the gate that never latches, signage, key control, and the routine a person watching the building would learn in a week.
  3. The scoring. Each finding gets a likelihood and a consequence, so the register comes back in an order somebody can act on.
  4. The walkthrough. We go through the report with whoever has to approve the spend, because a report nobody understood does not get funded.

What you receive

  • An executive summary an owner or a board can read in four minutes, priority order at the top.
  • The findings register, each item scored, with the countermeasure and a cost band against it.
  • A marked site plan and dated photographs of every finding.
  • A sequence split by what it costs you: decisions, purchase orders, and capital requests.
  • Draft procedure wherever the finding turns out to be a procedure problem.

Written against CPTED and the deter, detect, delay, respond model, so any vendor you hand it to can read it without translation.

A first conversation costs nothing. Tell us the property type, the hours that worry you, and what is in place today. If we look at it and there is nothing worth fixing, we will say so.
